چکیده

Top-down methods produce nanographenes with many carboxy groups on their edges. These functional can be utilized for developing multichromophoric systems. As proof of concept, pyrene is installed the edges by Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. The lack monomer emissions from functionalized indicates that neighboring chromophores are sufficiently distant to form excimer. pyrene-installed nanographene emits bluish-white-light. Its lipophilic nature allows fabricating a nanographene-dispersed polymethyl methacrylate film emitting visible light. In this communication, we report produced Pd catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. formed excimers edge and contribute enhancing photoluminescence nanogrpahenes. allowed fabrication photo thin film.

Palladium-Catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura Cross-Coupling in Continuous Flow

Carbon–carbon cross-coupling reactions are among the most important processes in organic chemistry and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions are the most widely used protocols. For a decade, green chemistry and particularly catalysis and continuous flow, have shown immense potential in achieving the goals of “greener synthesis”. To date, it seems difficult to conceive the chemistry of the 21st century witho...

Insight into Transmetalation Enables Cobalt-Catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura Cross Coupling

Among the fundamental transformations that comprise a catalytic cycle for cross coupling, transmetalation from the nucleophile to the metal catalyst is perhaps the least understood. Optimizing this elementary step has enabled the first example of a cobalt-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling between aryl triflate electrophiles and heteroaryl boron nucleophiles. Key to this discovery was the ...

Copper(i)-catalyzed sulfonylative Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling.

Using a simple copper(i) catalyst has allowed a high yielding sulfonylative-Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction to be developed. The process provides a single step route to diaryl sulfones from the direct combination of aryl boronic acids, sulfur dioxide and aryl iodides, and represents the first sulfonylative variant of a classic cross-coupling reaction. Sulfur dioxide is delivered from the...

A novel 4-aminoantipyrine-Pd(II) complex catalyzes Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of aryl halides

A simple and efficient catalytic system based on a Pd complex of 4-aminoantipyrine, 4-AAP-Pd(II), was found to be highly active for Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of aryl iodides and bromides with phenylboronic acids under mild reaction conditions. Good to excellent product yields from the cross-coupling reaction can be achieved when the reaction is carried out in ethanol, in the open air, using...

The synergistic effect of cobalt on a Pd/Co catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling in water.

This work introduces the new trimetallic complex CoPd2(HBPDC)2Cl4·(H2O)4(H2BPDC = 2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid) as a highly efficient and more cost-effective catalyst for a Suzuki-Miyaura reaction proceeding in water, without additives and under aerobic conditions. Catalytic studies revealed a synergistic Co-Pd cooperativity, fostered by ligation through H2BPDC, and accounting for the...
